At The Fermentary Public House, we believe that exceptional dining begins with sourcing the freshest ingredients straight from local farms and providers. While we are currently working with a trusted food vendor to get started, our long-term vision is firmly rooted in the farm-to-table philosophy. We’re actively building relationships with local growers and artisans so that, over time, a higher percentage of our menu will come directly from the rich resources of Northwest Arkansas.
